Understanding Compliance and Report Emails

Every completed report is intended to support recordkeeping and compliance. After submission, the system may send report copies by email to the user, the selected department, and the preferred contractor connected to the workflow.

If you do not receive the email, first confirm the report actually submitted, then check spam or junk folders, and verify that the correct email addresses were entered during setup. Missing emails can create compliance confusion, so this should be checked quickly.
